Client needs to have the 3-way (conferencing) capability on his/her phone line.

Client initiates a 3-way phone call to the other party. Long distance charges are client's responsibility.

Payment is required before the interpretation phone session can start. We accept all major credit cards. 

Client is to make sure that his/her contact in is available for the call. Any missed (or otherwise unrealized) appointment is chargeable. Client is to give us at least 24 hour prior notice when canceling the scheduled telephone session. When that does not happen, there is a charge for $25.00 (our minimum fee for the service).

How to Pay

We Use PayPal  and Google Checkout E-mail Payments for a quick and secure way to bill you.  You can use your  credit card, bank card,  and you don't need a PayPal account.

How does it work? 
After you submit this form, e-mail or fax us your documents, and we agree on the terms— we will just email you a payment request to the e-mail you provided,  that you can click and pay. 

Don't have a PayPal account?

Not a problem, if you don't have a PayPal account and don't want to register for it, you can still pay  by simply entering your card details.

At the scheduled time, call your party and then our office at 407-286-5978 to establish a 3-way phone communication and start the calling session with the assistance of one of our interpreters.

Complete payment.
Should the phone session extend beyond the time covered by the minimum (item 2 above), your credit card will be charged additionally.
